Once you purchase a product from the Engaic company you will receive a welcome email. It will include a 7 digit ID number that you will then use for all referrals. Once purchasing, make sure you fill out a W-9 form to become eligible for commissions and tax purposes.

How long will it take to get my commission check?
For machine orders if you are the “direct sponsor” for the sale than your check will be mailed out the following business day. For indirect machine orders your check gets mail out 10 business days after the sale has been made. For new Ukon orders the check gets mailed out the following business day. For Ukon renewals the checks get mailed out 10 business days after the renewal date.
What if i decide to take a break from Enagic can i start up again?
Yes you can, you are a distributor for life.
What is Ukon DD?
This is our Turmeric supplement. It is bought in round of 4 month supply and re-occurs yearly and counts as a direct sale for you.
Do I earned commission after my own purchase of Ukon DD?
Yes, when you buy a 4-month supply of Ukon, you will be paid the same amount of Ukon points as your Kangen Water® rank. For instance, if you are a 5A and you purchase Ukon DD, you will be paid 5 points, or $200, the next day. The remaining 3 points will be paid up to your sponsor.

Is there direct deposit with Enagic?

How many machines can I buy? How many distributorship can I have?
You can buy as much machines you wish as an USER, but only 3 distributorships per personal entities or 5 distributorships per business entities are allowed. Each machine account can have up to 3 UKON accounts.
What is the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP)?
The oxidation reduction potential is the electrical potential needed to reduce or slow down oxidation such as rusting. Kangen Water® must have a negative ORP in order to be considered good, especially for drinking.
ORP is the strength to bond with active oxygen2 reducing power, and can be measured through electronic designs in the hardware. Although a negative value is desirable for deoxidization power, the actual value varies from region to region. For example, in Osaka city, tap water records an ORP of +580-600mV, but after using LeveLuk, the ORP becomes pH9.5 and records the ideal from -150mV to -400mV. When the original water supply’s ORP increases, the ORP of Kangen Water® moves in direct proportion. On the Japanese archipelago, LeveLuk is capable of producing water with negative levels of ORP at pH9.5 even where original water supply marks the highest positive levels of ORP.
How come only 5 year warranties?
Other companies offer life time warranties, however no companies have been around long enough. When companies offer lifetime warranties it takes the pressure off a certain year because the company is uncertain its future. Enagic features 5 years because the first 5 years are small errors or mistakes happen but can be replaced or renewed. After 5 years, it becomes just maintaining (e-cleaning, electrolysis enhancer refill, filter replacements etc) as long as you are maintaining your machine, it will run for over 30+ years/
